Network maintenance at Johannesburg PoPPlanned Maintenance

Description

We will be performing scheduled extended maintenance in our Johannesburg PoP. All announcements will be withdrawn from Johannesburg and traffic will be rerouted to nearby PoPs for the duration of this maintenance event. This event will cause no disruption in service, however additional latency may be encountered for traffic normally attracted to Johannesburg.

[Investigating] Transit provider packet loss and latency are currently causing zone propagation delays in some cases for the Oceania region (Sydney). We are investigating this issue and will update once more information is available.
