INVESTIGATING

We are investigating an issue affecting DNS propagation for all Constellix-managed DNS zones in the EU. Customers may experience delays in DNS propagation, resulting in DNS record updates taking longer than expected to be reflected. Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

RESOLVED

The issue affecting DNS propagation for Constellix-managed DNS zones in the EU has been resolved. DNS propagation has returned to normal, and customers should no longer experience delays in DNS record updates. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Network Maintenance in Amsterdam PoPPlanned Maintenance

Description

We will be performing scheduled extended maintenance in our Amsterdam PoP. All announcements will be withdrawn from Amsterdam and traffic will be rerouted to nearby PoPs for the duration of this maintenance event. This event will cause no disruption in service, however additional latency may be encountered for traffic normally attracted to Amsterdam.
