If Pingdom is detecting a problem with a particular name server, you will see a instead of a next to the server name below. Each server below is a collection of indepedent DNS servers that are distributed over the global DNS Made Easy IP Anycast Network. Each Name Server Group is accounted for in the below graph (including NSG1, NSG2, and Secondary). Please note, if you see only a single within a Name Server Group in which your domain(s) reside, this does not indicate that DNS is down for your domain.

While these third party results are typically very accurate, we cannot guarantee that the check nodes from Pingdom will not have issues. The 'Realtime Status from Pingdom' results should not be used solely to determine DNS service availability from DNS Made Easy.

Administrators Log

DNS Made Easy Network and System Administrators will post any details regarding the health of our DNS infrastructure in this of the status site. In addition to unforeseen event notifications, we will also post notifications regarding planned site maintenance, if needed, in this section. Due to the nature of our DNS infrastructure, our Administrators are able to pull DNS servers and/or entire network locations offline without any downtime or query loss on any announced name server.
